Can I order even if I do not have a PayPal account?
Absolutely! You can order using any of the above credit cards through our cart (which is connected to the PayPal site) even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
How old must I be to order?
In order to purchase any products from us, you must be 18 years or older and be the official holder of the credit card used for purchase.

Upon completion of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your purchase will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. In the rare case that there is a delay we will notify you.
Shipping
Canadian orders will be sent via Canada Post Regular Parcel with delivery confirmation. U.S. orders will be sent via USPS Parcel Post with delivery confirmation. Please allow up to 15 business days for your game(s) to arrive. Often your order may arrive well before the 15 business days have passed. International orders: please email us at orders@perfectstride.net for shipping quote.

Return Policy
- Funleague Inc. does its best to present all aspects of our games on our website. Please review the materials presented carefully so that you can make an informed purchase. If you have any questions regarding a product you would like to purchase, please feel free to visit our website at www.perfectstride.net and read reviews, watch tutorial videos and speak with other players before you purchase.
- We do our best to make sure everyone is happy with their purchase. When you receive your product, if it is found to have a defect of any kind please contact customerservice@perfectstride.net and we’ll do our best to help out.
- You may return products purchased through the Perfect Stride website for a full refund (minus shipping and a 10% re-stocking fee.) within 7 days of delivery date , provided that the product is in its original unopened condition. Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from Funleague Inc. Products not purchased directly through our website at www.perfectstride.net must be returned to the merchant from where they were purchased and are subject to that merchant’s return policy.
- Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers who have purchased directly from Funleague Inc. and do wish to return their product must first email customerservice@perfectstride.net requesting an RMA Number. The product must still be returned within 7 days of the date they received their order. If there is a delay from the time you request an RMA number to the time you receive it from us; Funleague may, at our discretion, add additional time to the 7 day return limit. Funleague is not responsible for lost, deleted, redirected or otherwise non-received correspondence. A request for an RMA number is not a guarantee that it will be granted.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the package being returned.
- Returned product must be sufficiently packaged to protect it from damage during transit and must be returned postage prepaid. If the customer wishes, sufficient insurance for the value of the product being returned must be purchased from your shipper of choice. Any insurance claims on damaged or non-received packages sent to Funleague by a customer are the sole responsibility of the customer to pursue. COD returns will not be accepted. A return mailing address must be included on the package, including the name of the individual the RMA number was issued to.
- Any product not clearly displaying a valid RMA number will be refused and a refund will not be issued.
- Refunds will not include the original shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice.
